About the Camden Maine Riverhouse Hotel

Built in 1995, The Camden Riverhouse Hotel received the Chamber of Commerce's Commercial Building Award "for the construction of a building which enhances the community image." Then, an addition to the main building brought a pool with several more guest rooms online. As a past member of the world's largest chain of hotels, The Camden Riverhouse Hotel received a perfect score of 1000. The newly-independent Riverhouse Properties continue that tradition of the highest standards of excellence.

The staff of the Riverhouse is constantly working to improve and enhance the services we provide to our guests. Our recent projects include the addition of the Riverhouse Inn with eight extended-stay suites. We are proud to boast of our beautifully-landscaped gardens and a display of watercolor paintings by Camden artist Linda Norton.
